Shipping policy

All orders for ZenithCamp are dispatched from eco-friendly warehouses in Latvia and are packaged sustainably. To ensure the punctual arrival of your exploration equipment, please read the following terms carefully:

I. Key Transportation Information

📍 Shipping base:

All goods are dispatched from the warehouse in Latvia (EU) and comply with EU environmental protection standards (the proportion of degradable materials in the packaging is ≥85%).

⏳ Processing time limit:

15 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and Latvian public holidays)

The peak season (hiking season from June to August/skiing season from November to December) may be extended by 5 to 7 days

🚚 Logistics partners:

Within Europe: DPD/UPS

International transportation: DHL Express (Upgradable express service)

Ii. Regional Delivery Timeliness

Special notice on the estimated transportation time to the destination (on working days)

Duty-free for 5 to 10 days in EU countries (intra-EEA circulation)

Import duties of 15% to 30% May be incurred in North America/Australia and New Zealand within 12 to 20 days

It takes 10 to 18 days to clear customs in major Asian cities to Japan and South Korea

Remote areas for 20 to 30 days, including parts of Greenland/South America

Iii. User Notice

⚠️ Important Liability Clauses:

Customs declaration

For international orders, a valid phone number of the recipient must be provided (otherwise it may cause delays in customs clearance).

For high-value orders (> €150), it is recommended to pay the advance customs duty in advance (DHL Express provides the agency payment service).

Logistics tracking

After shipment, please send the email to the logistics link with GPS positioning (supporting real-time viewing of the transportation route).

If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please email contact@zenithcampshop.com with a screenshot of your order

Risk Warning:

Extreme weather (such as the winter in the Arctic Circle) may cause logistics delays, and the system will automatically send out early warnings

Iv. Environmental Protection Commitment

Carbon Footprint Offset Program (Donate 1 euro to the Baltic Environmental Fund for each order)
