Refund / Return Policy

Thank you for choosing ZenithCamp outdoor adventure equipment. Due to the particularity of the industry, we implement the “Final Sale” policy. Please be sure to read the following terms carefully before placing an order:

I. Core Policies

🔒 All outdoor equipment sold (including but not limited to) :

Intimate items such as tents/sleeping bags

Opened first aid medicines/water purification equipment

Customized name-engraved equipment (such as carabiners, water bottles)

After the activation of electronic products (headlamps, GPS, etc.)

👉 does not support returns, refunds or exchanges

Ii. Handling of Exceptional Circumstances

⚠️ accepts after-sales requests only in the following circumstances:

Transportation damage: If the outer packaging is severely damaged upon signing for the package, photos must be taken within 24 hours.

Panoramic view of unopened packages (including waybill number)

Close-up of the damaged part (video is better)

Wrongly sent goods: If you receive goods that are completely inconsistent with the order, you must provide comparative evidence within 48 hours

Iii. User Liability Statement

✅ must be confirmed before purchase:

Whether the equipment parameters (such as the wind resistance level of the tent and the temperature scale of the sleeping bag) meet the requirements

Customs policies (Some countries prohibit the import of gas cylinders and other equipment)

Logistics tracking information should be checked in a timely manner. (We are not responsible for lost items caused by mistakes at the collection points.)

Iv. Dispute Resolution Process

🔍 If you insist that there is a quality problem with the goods:

We will ask you to provide:

Third-party test reports (such as the breaking strength test of climbing ropes)

Complete usage scenario record (proving non-human operational errors)

After verification, store vouchers may be provided as compensation (non-cash refund).
